WHAT THEY'RE SAYING...

MY BACKGROUND...

I picked up my first book on behavioral economics--why we make decisions--when I was 15. I read it over and over until I had the studies memorized and I was completely hooked on the subject. In the years since I have expanded into cognitive psychology and applied the theories to traditional sales, user experience, application development, coaching better decision making, and to conversion rate optimization. In conversion rate optimization I have been able to blend my study of decision making, experience in sales, and understanding of user experience to create and test theories on digital marketing and sales.

 

Conversion rate optimization is often presented as a complex, multi-discipline practice fraught with stumbling blocks. I focus on making the concepts and practices accessible, memorable, and immediately actionable for any audience I work with. My presentations and workshops range from a light-hearted look at creating effective websites by making them so easy a drunk could use them to actually implementing a testing process to applying the latest behavioral economic theories.
